Earlier last year we were asked to complete a rebrand of Treetops cafe and gift shop in the picturesque Pooley Bridge, which has recently been in the news not only for it’s picturesque beauty but the recent devastating floods. But when climes were drier, we enlisted the help of our favourite marketeer Lisa Jackson, of Acorn Marketing, to help Richard see the wood from the treetops.
We were delighted to hear from Richard this month that takings for last season were up 20% on the year before, which he attributes to the rebrand and renewed atmosphere in the cafe and gift shop. We love creating branding and brands often need a refresh to make them more inline with today and tomorrow’s consumer, and the results speak for themselves!
As with all our rebrands, we start with a chat with the client about what it us they want to say to their eventual customer. What do you want your branding to communicate? Richard was looking for something cohesive and friendly, involving the nature of the business name with an approachable image to welcome visitors far and wide. We were more than happy to help and translated the new branding into menus, loyalty cards, table talkers and beyond.
