We’ve worked with the lovely Kate at Hutton John Estate for a number of years now and watched how her beautiful family Estate has developed. We rebranded the Estate to tie in with the launch of a new venture, Highgate Cabins. After much discussion, it was decided that these luxury cabins needed a brand that sat within the overall brand of the Estate, but had int’s own unique identity.
We took the colours from the original family crest and developed three brands; Hutton John Estate, Highgate Cabins, and Lakeland Cottages. Each has it’s own icon and colour suite, that work beautifully together on the website and associated marketing materials.
We’ve created a set of strong brand guidelines and built a website that can adapt and grow as the ventures flourish. The new branding suite adorns everything from communications to bathrobes and gives a refined yet approachable feel to the Estate.

The icons that have been developed have been supplied as individual illustrations allowing the animals and leaves to adorn social media posts and allow for a consistent and professional overall feel.
We have assisted Kate with additional services and suppliers, for aspects such as marketing and photography that work in a style appropriate to the project.
