Wild Ivy, led by Sarah Cox, had an established brand that no longer reflected her offering, and contacted us to upgrade her branding.
With Botanical Elegance as her signature style, and weddings and event floristry her key services, the logo needed to inspire romance and elegance.
As the wedding floristry market is quite competitive, especially so close to the Lake District National Park, we took inspiration from traditional wedding elements and fonts, but rather than going down the script/handwritten vibe, we though that the established quiet confidence of a serif font, with the heavy weight taken out of it would work perfectly for Sarah.
We wanted a gentle natural colour palette, and a flexible logo suite that would work across website, social, care guides, stickers and more, so settled on the sage and stone tones. This gives a much softer overall feel for the brand and allows the flowers themselves to bring the drama.
The botanical silhouettes add a texture and a depth to printed materials and digital backgrounds and the gentle swoop provides movement in an organic form.
“Thank you so much, I absolutely love these. I really appreciate how much care and attention you have given to me, to ensure I am happy with your designs, and that they align so well with my business and products. Im really looking forward to introducing these throughout all aspects of my business, huge thanks.”
Sarah Cox, Wild Ivy.
