The Lanes Shopping Centre had an existing logo in place, but no consistent brand guidelines which resulted in a variety of different styles and messages, and no clear brand recognition.
We were tasked with developing the guidelines to reflect the recent customer research they had conducted and to create a brand look and feel that could be transposed across various events; from families to fashion, as well as print and digital advertising.
We provided detailed guidelines and templates to work across multiple sizes and styles of media, so that the client could create effective marketing for their events themselves that had a clear and consistent style and message.

We created three styles of presenting information which all worked in tandem and allowed the company greater flexibility in getting their message across; whether it be events, style guides, or simply changes to opening hours.
We also designed the look, feel and branding for their Christmas campaigns and Loyalty card schemes.
