We have worked with Penrith BID for a number of years, developing and progressing this great project.
We began with BID initiative designs including sub brands, and associated marketing materials and have since designed, developed and completely refreshed the branding and websites for both Discover Penrith, the visitor-facing site, which we designed and was then built by Dotcom Associates, and the Penrith BID site itself where we handled both the design and build. These are both clean and clear sites with the aim of promoting the town, and have been built to be fully manageable by the client.
“Jili Allen is a very professional and creative designer and web developer. Jili captured our brief very well and created a site that’s easy to navigate and aesthetically pleasing for our clients. We would highly recommend her and the team and look forward to working with them in the future.”
Dan Harding, Penrith BID Chairman
The Penrith BID logo was pre-existing, using the ‘Penrith crest’ which was found on an ancient coin and treasured within the local museum. To reinforce the brand for the town, we developed the Discover Penrith logo on this basis, and integrated the mark within custom icons to direct people to particular areas of the site. The website acts as a marketing tool for the whole town, with what’s on and where throughout. The Penrith BID site is a more functional site for members of the BID to come together to find and access information on what their BID is doing.
