We were approached by Sarah right at the start of her business journey. Already running a successful guest house, she was looking to make a business from self-catering accommodation as she managed some cottages around the beautiful Newlands Valley.
We helped Sarah with a name for the business, Catbells Cottages, named after one of the iconic Lake District fells overlooking the valley, with it’s corresponding domain name to ensure clarity of message with potential customers.
The branding needed to be generic enough to cover the different styles of properties, but provide the feeling we needed. The idea of ‘space to breathe’ inspired the whole look and feel of the brand, and this simple style and illustrative element is carried throughout.
Unique branding and custom-built website were designed, built, and integrated with the necessary booking platforms for ease of use.
Looking for a quiet, calm and simple aesthetic, we created a branding suite that was of the area, with a warm, natural colour palette that reflects the landscape, and could be used to differentiate cottages through the site.
